Landlords & property managers

Rekey between tenants so a former tenant's keys no longer work. Multi-unit visits welcome.

★★★★★

My toddler lost my keys, I called several places and this place was ready to be on the way and had a great price! They only charged me $280 for a new key, a key fob & they gave me a spare key as well! They came within 30 minutes, they were super fast, very nice and in my opinion the price was amazing compared to the hassle my dealership wanted to put me through!

Somehow I lost my key between the car and the house, with no spare key, and needed to leave for an appointment. My technician was friendly and fast. I have a 2018 Toyota Rav4 and was able to get two keys made and programmed for way under what I would have paid at the dealership and for much less time. Arrived and finished within an hour.

Questions people ask

Should I rekey or change the locks after moving?

If the locks work well, rekeying is enough — it changes the pins inside, so old keys stop working, and it costs less than new locks. Change the locks only if they are worn, damaged or you want an upgrade.

How much does it cost to rekey a house?

Rekeying is $40–$95 per lock. Most homes have 2–4 locks. We give you the total before we start.

Can all my doors use one key?

Usually, yes — if the locks share the same keyway. We can rekey them all to one key at the same visit.

Do you work with landlords and property managers?

Yes. We rekey between tenants and can handle several units in one visit. Ask about turnover scheduling.

Which areas do you cover?

Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Pensacola Beach, Navarre, Milton, Pace and nearby parts of Escambia and Santa Rosa County. If you are just outside that list, call anyway — nearby jobs are often still in range.

Service area

We come to you anywhere in these areas — home, work, parking lot or roadside.
