Questions people ask
Can I get a broken key out myself?
Sometimes, if part of the key is sticking out — grip it with fine pliers and pull straight. Don't use glue or push it in deeper; that often ruins the lock. If it's flush or deep, call us.
Will the lock be damaged?
In most cases, no. We use extraction tools designed for this. If the lock was already worn or damaged, we tell you and offer a repair or replacement.
Can you make a new key from the broken one?
Usually, yes. For car keys with a chip, we also program the new key so the car starts.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 8 AM – 8 PM, Saturday and Sunday 9 AM – 8 PM. Call during those hours and we dispatch a technician right away, or book a time online.
